The website is operated by News Trust India from 301/302 B Wing, Riviera Tower, Lokhandwala Township, Kandivali East, Mumbai 400101. The Editor/Publisher is Ashish Kaul. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Editorial content
News Trust India publishes news, analysis, opinion, interviews, photographs, videos and other public-interest material. We aim to publish accurate information, but developing events may change after publication. Content is provided for general information and is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or other specialist advice. Opinion and guest articles represent the views of their identified authors unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Accounts and eligibility

Contributors must disclose material conflicts of interest, sponsorships and any use of artificial intelligence that could affect accuracy or authenticity.
We may edit, reject, postpone, label, correct or remove submissions according to our editorial standards. Attribution may be withheld only for legitimate safety, legal or editorial reasons agreed with the contributor.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to publish or transmit unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, fraudulent or malicious material; infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights; impersonate another person; distribute spam, malware or deceptive links; interfere with site security or availability; scrape or access restricted areas without authorization; manipulate traffic, advertising impressions or engagement; or use the website in any way that violates applicable law.

Comments and user submissions must remain relevant, respectful and lawful.
