In a defining moment for India’s logistics industry, Blue Dart has inaugurated its largest Green Integrated Ground Hub in Pataudi, Haryana, marking a major leap in sustainable express delivery. Strategically located 50 km from Delhi Airport, the hub consolidates multiple operations: e-commerce, domestic express, and ground shipments under one roof, streamlining efficiency and enhancing network scalability.
Spanning over 50,000 sqm, the facility can handle 200,000 shipments per day and 2,283 tons daily, powered by advanced automation and smart conveyors that reduce dwell time by 15%. Its strategic position enables 30% fewer vehicle movements and a 10% improvement in throughput speed, setting new benchmarks for speed, sustainability, and precision.
Blue Dart’s Managing Director Balfour Manuel called the hub “a symbol of sustainability, automation, and scalability,” reinforcing the company’s commitment to India’s environmental and economic goals.
With a 600 KVA solar rooftop, EV charging stations, and natural lighting systems, the Pataudi Hub aligns with Blue Dart’s 2050 net-zero vision, reducing emissions while enhancing client operations across sectors.
