Deepika’s Response
According to reports, Deepika shared her thoughts on topping the list. The actress stated, “When I began my journey, I was often told how a woman should navigate her career to achieve success and what was expected of her. However, from the very start, I was never afraid to ask questions, challenge conventions, or take the more difficult path in order to reshape the framework we’re all expected to fit into.”
She continued, “The faith shown in me by my family, fans, and collaborators has empowered me to make choices and decisions. I hope this will permanently change the path for those who come after me.”
