I received a response from his ministry to a complaint I lodged in a complaint book at Itarsi station, which was unexpected and honestly shocking.This was beyond imagination and looked eutopian, when a written complaint at some railway station and not in the ministry was taken note of. I continued to get messages for my inputs from time to time after that. I write this briefly to highlight the culture of accountability Suresh Prabhu Ji created in the Railway Ministry.
