Beyond Conscious, a creator project with over 75,000 subscribers known for AI-generated devotional music, built the track without a studio, without live musicians, and without a human singer. The arrangement blends Dhrupad, one of India’s oldest classical vocal traditions, with cinematic orchestration, layering AI operatic vocals with shehnai, sitar, frame drums, and cello. Their previous work, Mast-e-Kailash, crossed one million views. This one carries considerably more weight.
It raises a fair question, does AI belong in a song this sacred? But on a day when India celebrates 80 years of independence and 150 years of Vande Mataram, the fact that technology can produce something this musically intentional is itself worth noting.
