Styled by Rhea Kapoor, the L’Oréal Paris ambassador channels old-world grandeur at the gala dinner
Alia Bhatt once again commanded the Cannes stage, this time at the L’Oréal Paris gala dinner on May 13, arriving in a breathtaking floral and paisley brocade ensemble that radiated vintage opulence. The structured off-shoulder corset, rendered in dusty rose and antique gold tones, featured intricate floral embroidery and a dramatic wide folded collar that lent the look unmistakable regal authority. A draped fitted skirt completed the silhouette with fluid elegance.
The true centrepiece, however, was her jewellery a bow-inspired diamond choker adorned with antique-style stones, floral motifs and cascading dangling details evoking treasured heirloom pieces. Matching earrings, rings and ornate brooch accents pinned to the corset layered the look with lavish depth.
Styled by Rhea Kapoor, Alia kept her beauty minimal glowing skin, glossy nude lips and a sleek centre-parted bun — allowing the couture to speak for itself.
Returning to Cannes as L’Oréal Paris’s global ambassador, Alia has delivered one spectacular look after another at the festival running May 12 to May 23.
